- Who can apply to become a reseller?
- Anyone with a network of contractors or construction businesses. The programme works best for OHS consultants, safety training providers, HR and payroll companies, trade associations, and anyone who regularly deals with contractors who need safety compliance documentation.
- How does tracking work?
- You receive a unique referral link when you are approved. Every safety file purchased through that link is credited to your account, regardless of when the purchase happens after the click. Tracking is automatic — you do not need to do anything beyond sharing the link.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Commission is paid on the last day of each calendar month, directly to the bank account you provide during the verification process. There is no minimum payout threshold — even a single referral in a month is paid.
- Is there a limit on how much I can earn?
- No. The 25% commission applies to every file referred, with no cap. A reseller who refers 500 files in a month earns R62,500 that month.
- Do I need to provide any support to the contractors I refer?
- No. Once a contractor clicks your referral link and purchases a safety file, MySafetyFile handles everything — the platform, the document generation, and customer support. Your only role is the referral.
- What marketing materials do I receive?
- Approved resellers receive a brochure (PDF), an email template, and a one-pager explaining what MySafetyFile does and what a contractor gets for R500. You are free to use these as-is or adapt them for your own client communications.
- How long does the approval process take?
- The verification process typically takes one business day. Our finance team will contact you after you submit the application to collect your banking details and confirm your contact information.
