Tanks, silos, ducts and pits are routine maintenance locations and are among the most reliably fatal places on an industrial site. Entry needs a permit, atmospheric testing, a standby person and a rescue arrangement decided before entry — never improvised at the hatch.
Working under the client's permit system
The plant runs its own permit-to-work regime, and your team has to operate inside it while remaining your employees for health and safety purposes. The file needs to make the interface explicit: who issues, who accepts, and who stops the job.
